Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Gear

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
